California Water Rights Compliance Deadlines

This is a reminder that April 1 is the deadline for surface water diverters in California to report their water use to the State Water Resources Control Board.  By now, you should have received instructions from the State Water Board for doing so.

As always, please consult our Annual Water Rights Checklist for additional water right reporting requirements and deadlines throughout the year.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

I am not able again to access your water rights compliance checklist. I received an original email from your site and as a reclamation district 999 trustee I was interested in the subject. We are also members of ACWA where you might have obtained my email address?

    • Brownstein Water Group says:

      Hi there,
I’m sorry you were having issues with the checklist! I believe the error you were experiencing was due to a caching problem that has now been resolved, so I hope the link will be working for you now.

It is likely that your email was added to our emailing list because of ACWA. According to our records, you also may be a contact of one of our shareholders, Stephanie Hastings.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or if you’re still having issues.
